  • Satellite Capacity Sales: Facilitating the sale of satellite capacity for radio and TV broadcasting.
  • Gears Marketplace: A marketplace for buying and selling used and new media and broadcast equipment.
  • Cloud Playout Services: Providing a cloud-based platform for managing and distributing broadcast content.
4. Payments & Refunds
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via USDT and Pi Coin.
  • Pricing: All prices are stated in [Currency]. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

  • Disclaimer of Warranty: We do not warrant the quality, condition, or suitability of items sold in the Gears Marketplace. All sales are “as is.”
  • Buyer/Seller Responsibility: Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for the terms of their transactions. Bitcastr.com is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.
  • Payment on Delivery (POD): If POD is offered, it is subject to our approval and may require additional security measures.
7. Cloud Playout Services – Additional Terms
  • Content Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content uploaded to our Cloud Playout service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
